Restoring purchases

If you reinstall Tradish or sign in on a new device and Tradish Pro is not showing, you do not need to buy it again. Use Restore Purchases to sync your subscription back from the store.

When to restore

Reach for Restore Purchases when:

  • You reinstalled Tradish and Pro features are gone.
  • You set up a new phone or tablet and Pro is not there yet.
  • You know you have an active subscription, but the app is treating you as free.

How to restore

  1. Open Tradish.
  2. Go to the upgrade or Pro screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Give it a moment to check with the store and turn Pro back on.

First, check your store account

Restoring only works when you are signed in with the same store account you used to buy Pro. Your subscription lives with your Apple or Google account, not with Tradish, so the accounts have to match.

  • On iPhone, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account in Settings.
  • On Android, make sure the Play Store is signed in to the same Google account.

If you bought Pro on one account and the phone is signed in to another, restoring will not find it. Switch to the right account and try again.

Frequently asked questions

Will restoring charge me again?

No. Restore Purchases only re-syncs a subscription you already have. It does not start a new one.

I restored and Pro still is not showing. What now?

Double-check that the store is signed in to the account that bought Pro. If it still does not appear, confirm the subscription is active in your store account. See Managing or canceling your subscription.
