Your recipes, your week

Plan from the food you already saved.

Tradish plans from your own library, not a menu someone else wrote. Pick a recipe, drop it on a day, and choose breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. Keep it loose on the calendar, or name a plan with a start and end date for a defined stretch, like a holiday spread or a week of lunches.

Timed to your table

Open the app to an idea of what to cook.

The home screen opens on a recipe idea for the day, ready to view or drop into your plan in a tap. Set the times you usually eat and Tradish works backward through each recipe cook time to tell you when to start, so the whole meal lands on the table together instead of one dish at a time.

Straight to the store

One tap turns the plan into a grocery list.

Build a grocery list from any plan and Tradish reads every recipe, sums the quantities, and clears the duplicates, so two recipes that each need a cup of flour become one line. The list sorts itself by aisle and can split across the stores you shop, with each item showing which recipe it came from.

Questions

Good to know

What is the best app for meal planning?

Tradish plans the week straight from the recipes you have already saved, times each meal to when you eat, and turns the plan into a sorted grocery list. It is built for people who cook their own recipes rather than following a fixed menu.

Can I make a meal plan from my own recipes?

Yes, that is the whole idea. You plan from your own library by dropping any saved recipe onto a day and picking the meal time. There is no set menu to work around.

Does Tradish build a grocery list from my meal plan?

Yes. From any plan you can build a grocery list in one tap. Tradish sums the quantities across recipes, removes duplicates, and sorts everything by aisle, ready to shop.

Can I plan meals for a specific week or event?

Yes. Alongside the running calendar, you can create named plans with a start and end date, so a holiday spread or a week of lunches stays its own defined block you can name, revisit, and shop from.

How does Tradish know when I should start cooking?

You set the times you usually eat, and Tradish works backward through each recipe cook time to suggest a start time, so everything is ready when you want to sit down.

Is meal planning free in Tradish?

Meal planning and grocery lists are included on the free plan, along with up to five recipe imports a week. Tradish Pro adds unlimited imports.
